Printing

Creating nice looking documents that can be implemted easily using your current spool output is easy with NeoDocs. The NeoDocs Builder lets you design your own documents and the NeoDocs server runs the design with the data at print time. Also, there are many other processes that can be put in place that can expand this print process.

The designing process is drag and drop where you can drag data or objects from pallettes onto the surface. Once the object is on the surface you can then change it's properties. One of the main considerations when looking at the NeoDocs Graphic Designer is the ability to apply conditional logic to any of the objects as well as the properties of those objects.

When it comes to printing, NeoDocs uses the Windows installed driver. That means that all of the functionality that the driver has is available to the process and there is no reliance on any particular printer manufacturer.

NeoDocs also provides for logical processing as to which printer the output is to go to. This can be achieved by using a piece(s) of the data to make the decision. Therefore, you may only need one NeoDocs process to print documents to many different printers.
